We have been working on fundraising ideas for the summer to help us get everything on our wish list. We are managing to keep our budget pretty small but there are still a lot of expenses involved with starting up a new program.
Luckily our tax exempt status was approved pretty quickly! We are now a 501c3 organization and any donations are tax deductible.
We want to paint our classroom before we move in any furniture and supplies, and the Sherwood Sherwin-Williams store donated paint and primer! That was great of them and we will be sure to give them some recognition for their help. We are excited to get into classroom to paint and start setting up!
